Springs• Compression springs

We develop cold-coiled compression springs with wire diameters from 0.15mm to 8mm. Each production cell works with a computerized system directly linked to the machines, helping to resolve issues in minimal time and providing statistical process control, traceability, and maintenance data. Our machines are equipped with vision-camera control and adjustment systems, achieving the long-sought zero-defect goal. We produce every type of compression spring: conical, biconical, variable-pitch, ground-end, etc. Valve springs are a specialty within compression springs, with high manufacturing requirements and strict surface-defect controls.

Springs• Torsion springs

Torsion springs exert their force in a circular arc and are used to transmit radial forces or torsional moments. They appear in automotive parts, locks, toys, clamps, textile machinery, firearms, bicycles, steel furniture, electrical goods, and more. At ETAR we specialize in torsion springs of the most diverse shapes: double tension, coils, single torsion with the strictest requirements. Our CNC torsion machines handle wire diameters from 0.20mm to 8mm. Poka Yoke devices are specifically designed to prevent errors on critical parts.

Springs• Strip springs

Strip springs are used in a wide range of applications: locks, bathroom accessories, automotive parts, and retractable products. We design custom pieces with our own tooling, tailored to each client's requirements.

Springs• Extension springs

We produce extension springs with diameters from 0.15mm to 6mm with German, English, American hook ends, and special shapes. Ends include simple or extended loops, hooks or loops at varying distances from the body, expanded or reduced eyelets, threaded ends, etc. We use CNC machines, robotic equipment, and control sensors together with our real-time SQC system to guarantee quality. Extension springs are designed to absorb and store energy by resisting a tensile force: all coils are active, and the initial tension keeps them firmly closed.

Wire parts

With over 50 years of experience, we specialize in light stamping dies and complex 2D and 3D parts, working with wires from 0.2mm to 11mm. We manufacture clips, latches, clamps, washers, rods, and copper coils for various industries, using CNC machines and advanced production techniques. Our capabilities include custom springs with wires adapted to different tension and usage needs.

Sheet metal stamping

We develop stamped parts in steel strip, steel sheet, brass, and stainless steel with our own tooling, for different applications and assembly components. Especially electrical contact parts, clips, and fasteners for all uses.

Welded assemblies

We produce welded wire and sheet metal parts for seat structures and automotive interiors, grilles for appliances (cookers, ovens, and refrigerators), and other parts for general industry.
