1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on etar.com.ar is ETAR S.R.L., located at Zuviría 5583 (C1439), Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. We process personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us and the minimum technical data required for the site to work:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
- Careers form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, the text you write about your motivation and the résumé you attach (PDF or Word).
- Direct contact: the data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: the information Google reCAPTCHA processes to tell humans from bots (IP address, browser and device data).
3. How we use your data
We use the data exclusively to:
- Answer commercial inquiries, quote requests and technical questions.
- Evaluate job applications and contact candidates during hiring processes.
- Protect our forms against spam and abuse.
4. Who we share data with
ETAR SRL does not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with providers that deliver services we need to operate the site —web hosting, email delivery and spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)— and only to the extent required to provide that service.
Some of these providers may process data outside Argentina. In those cases we require adequate levels of protection under applicable law. We may also disclose data when required by a competent judicial or administrative authority.
5. Third-party services
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA on its forms, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map, and the WhatsApp and LinkedIn buttons take you to external services governed by their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
6. Retention and security
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that may follow. Résumés are kept while they may be relevant to open positions, and you can request their deletion at any time.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, update or deletion of your personal data by writing to etar@etar.com.ar. We will respond within the deadlines set by Law No. 25,326 (10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for rectification or deletion).
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
8. Minors
This site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the bottom of this page.
